Hazelnut Panna Cotta

with Fresubin PLANT-BASED Drink

Ingredients

1 bottle (200 ml) Fresubin PLANT-BASED Drink Vanilla flavour
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Cocoa powder
Pinch of Salt
250 ml liquid Agar agar powder
5 tbsp. Water
1 heaping tbsp. (about 30 g) Hazelnut paste
Small piece Vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine cinnamon, cocoa powder, salt, and agar agar in a small pot with 5 tbsp. water and 5 tbsp. Fresubin® PLANT-BASED Drink Vanilla flavour, whisk, and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat, then stir in the remaining Fresubin® PLANT-BASED Drink Vanilla flavour and the hazelnut paste.
  3. Rinse out a dessert bowl with cold water and transfer the mixture to the bowl. Allow to cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours or overnight.
  4. Chop the chocolate finely or use a peeler to scrape off little curls. Sprinkle the hazelnut

If desired, you can turn the hazelnut panna cotta out onto a plate before serving. To do this, briefly immerse the mold in hot water, then use a small knife to separate the panna cotta from the edges of the bowl. You can also garnish it with fresh fruit and drizzle lightly with maple or agave syrup.
